2.2 Refund Policy for Services

If a service is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund is issued via the original payment method within 7 business days. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are not eligible for refunds due to the reserved nature of our specialists' time. Clients may transfer their service to another person with at least 48 hours' notice.

Botanexi offers digital guides, online courses, and other informational materials to enhance your knowledge of eco-friendly cosmetics.

3.1 Access and Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to digital content through our platform.

3.2 Refund Policy for Information Products

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 50% of the digital content has been accessed. To request a refund, please complete our contact form. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. No refunds are available after the 14-day period or if more than 50% of the content has been accessed.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Items are shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

4.2 Refund and Exchange Policy for Goods

Customers may send back unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us in advance to obtain shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the sent-back items.
